Darlene and Julie want to wish you a happy Mother’s Day!

This is a day to celebrate the impact of the woman who raised you. But we also recognize that some people have a difficult relationship with their mothers—Darlene and Julie can both testify to this.

If this also describes you, then take heart in acknowledging those women who may have filled that role in your life, whether it was another family member, a mentor or a friend. And if you are a mother yourself, then you have the very important duty of raising your child the best you can.
