Born and raised in Miami Florida, Phylicia is all about being sassy but at the same time being classy. She’s a full-time student at Florida Gulf Coast University where she studies Communication. Aside from being full time student she’s also an Undergraduate Admissions Representative and Tour Guide for the university.
